We pride ourselves in quick and timely response to customer issues. To accomplish this, we strive to create a partnership with our customers. While we cannot guarantee that there won’t ever be issues, we can guarantee that they will be minimized through partnership and communication. We can guarantee that we will respond within 24 hours. We can also guarantee that any issues will be dealt with and an action plan will be formed to ensure that the issue is resolved.

What kind of quality control do we provide?
Quality control is the most important aspect of our business. BMW Janitorial has in place a management team and Quality Control Program that ensures our clients receive a consistently high standard of work from our team members.

Routine and consistent location visits from our Customer Service Manager ensure that we can communicate with you to address any concerns before they become problems. We also have routine walk-throughs with team members to maintain “ownership” of their job and provide on-site supervision. We provide ongoing safety and training of cleaning processes because we recognize that processes may need to be altered to maintain quality of work and efficiency.

We have a Standard Operating Procedure Manual that is tailored to your specific needs. Additionally, we create check-lists for team members to follow and sign off on. This enables us to hold our team members accountable for both a job well done and jobs that need to be worked on. Our philosophy is to address both the positive and negative aspects of our team members’ work. We have found that this helps develop pride and ownership in the way “their” building looks. We pay above average wages, do periodic pay increases and provide bonuses for jobs that go above and beyond. This helps keep our team members motivated.  

We utilize some of the latest technology to keep our team members accountable for being on time and taking the time to keep your buildings looking their best. American E-pay’s Fonen-to-Web software is a web based telephone time-keeping system that allows team members to check in and out of work with a toll-free number. Caller ID and voice recognition software ensure that they are at their place of employment. The system is setup to send us a text message if someone is late or fails to report for their shift.
