Brian and Margie have strived to expand the size of the business as well as diversify the services that we provide. In the beginning, we specialized primarily in cleaning and maintenance of grocery store floors. When we learned all there was about this specialty, we recognized the opportunity to expand, diversify and build on our current expertise. We now service both commercial and residential customers. We offer carpet, tile and grout cleaning as well as water restoration and mold removal. We service general commercial buildings including both office and factories. Our services don’t stop with just janitorial basics. Brian grew up and worked in construction and is also able to add value to our customers because of this experience. Whether a customer needs tile to be replaced, drywall to be fixed, or minor plumbing issues Brian can save customers from finding someone else to take care of these things.
At Warning Enterprises, we are dedicated to constantly making improvements and keeping up with technology in our field. As a small company, we are able to provide hands on training and work that gives us the opportunity to see where our customers’ needs actually are. Because of our desire to provide quality work we have invented a product and hold a patent for “The UnderDuster”. This product improves upon the conventional dust mop by allowing it to reach in tight spaces. It reduces the strain in cleaning and allows these areas to be cleaned more often and more thoroughly than a conventional dust mop.
Brian and Margie’s backgrounds and skills complement each other and make a good team. As owners of a small business, we wear many hats. Brian oversees sales, customer service, employee management, and maintenance and repair of equipment. Margie heads up our accounting, marketing and human resources. Our philosophy is that no two businesses have identical needs, nor do they warrant identical treatment. Being a small company gives us the advantage of being able to build strong relationships with a solution for all problems that our customers face.
